Dear Customers,

as addressed in the EASA AD 2015-0034-E, Stemme AG encountered an unexpected broken fork head on one of it´s aircraft at the speed brake LH at the intersection of inner and outer wing. Stemme performed several tests in house looking into material properties as well as possible rigging effects. You will find the corresponding AD attached.

Aircraft of type TSA-M and ASP are therefor grounded. Please be advised to cease flight operation with the S6 pending further notice.

After carefully investigating, Stemme decided to change the fork head material from aluminium to steel. The new parts are under production and the first items will be available at the beginning of Calendar Week 11. 

Please provide us your current shipping information to enable Stemme AG to sent the retrofit kit free of charge to you. The change can be performed by an approved maintenance organisation.
