Changes at Stemme Organisation

I am pleased to inform you on the following:

The executive board has decided to strengthen the current Management team and organization (effective as of October 2015) by separating the Service and Aftersales department.

As a result of this decision, we have appointed two new team members:

Director of Sales & Marketing - Mr Henri-Pierre Hirts replacing Mr Lorenzo Costella who will be remaining in the organization. He will be taking on special projects. Mr Hirts has over 30 years experience in the aviation industry, as manager and pilot with over 5,000 flight hours. In addition he held the position as a Certified Accountable, Quality Manager and Auditor. He brings along a broad understanding for the needs of our Aviation Community.

The Service and After Sales department will be spearheaded by Mr David Thimm who has also recently joined the Stemme family and management team. Mr Thimm will be focusing on improving handling processes and the quality of our customer services. Mr Thimm is also a pilot since the age of 14 and has held various management positions within the aviation Industry with focus on Customer Service and Sales.
