Clutch status: Go from the European authorities

We are pleased to announce that we have received the paper from the authorities concerning our clutch today.

In Europe, we can now replace the "12AK clutches" or change the pads, as described in the service bulletin. We will be contacting each customer with further information.

As you will discover, we are going to install new pads in the clutch and we also insist on the functioning of our glider and its engine. We have to take care of the clutch when operating the S10/12. In Europe, we can now replace the "12AK clutches" or change the pads, as described in the service bulletin. We will be contacting each customer impacted by the retrofit to let them know when we will be coming to change the clutch.

We can assure you that all the Stemme teams have done their utmost to solve this problem as quickly as possible, and we would like to thank them all for their involvement and their willingness to come out of this problem with their heads held high, with "reasonable" deadlines and above all a clutch that now meets safety requirements again.
